Hope has been experimenting with his new-found power: demon summoning. And honestly, it's pretty easy. All he has to do is shout "Pixie," and a small bird-sized winged woman appears. However, Pixie is a mischievous fairy...

She likes to fly away from Hope during training, causing him to chase after her through the streets of Limbo. So if you see a young man running and likely yelling "stop" or some variant thereof, you can try to flag him down or help him out.

Yet it seems that every time she flies by the large rusted fountain, she stops to flit around and investigate. What's drawing her to this place? Something about sensing strong energy nearby...

Pixie has also been spotted zooming around Limbo, snatching items from people in an attempt to "have fun." If you had something small in your hands or maybe even in a pocket and it's suddenly gone, look for the trail of pixie dust or listen for the high-pitched giggling from behind, because there's your thief. (And yes, squishing her is allowed. She'll be fine. Eventually.)

[oh, what is this tiny creature?]

Oh, be careful! The fountain is dangerous!

[ Strong energy aside, there is something a little unusual about the fountain.

A black handprint on the side of the fountain, upside down, like someone planted their hands on it from inside the fountain. It's smudged and a little smeared, and kind of unsettling to look at – the black is SO black, that it almost looks like a small void in the world rather than a handprint, aside from a few faint flecks of deep purple, like the glitter of pneuma. ]

[Pixie hears the voice calling out to her, and it's different from her master's, so she must investigate. The tiny woman flies around Lion and looks him over. She's like a fly buzzing around, but not quite as loud or invasive of his personal space.

Hope manages to catch up with Pixie now that she's stopped. He sees her flying around Lion and tries to call her back. Nope, she's ignoring him. Sigh.] I'm sorry about Pixie, but she seems really interested in you. I can command her to return if she's being annoying.

[He looks over the fountain.] Why is it dangerous? It's just a rusted fountain.

[Pixie, being a demon, picks up on the odd handprint fairly quickly. She flies back to Hope to get his attention, then leads him over to let him see what she's found.

He can't help but cringe at it -- smeared handprints are never a good sign -- but what is this black stuff? It's too dark to be blood. Unless it's very old, but if that was the case the others would have noticed it by now... Against his better judgment, Hope reaches out for the handprint to check if it's wet or not.]

[ It's not wet – in fact, it appears to be kind of powdery? Actually, on closer inspection...

It seems to be pneuma, the substance Executors have in place of blood. But something's sort of odd about it. Pneuma as a rule is sort of pearlescent and sparkly like weird holographic glitter, this handprint is gritty and black. And it feels... grimy, somehow. ]

Oh, hello...

[He doesn't seem to mind her, though ever time she flies on his blindside he turns to get her back in sight on instinct- as if he just doesn't like anyone being there.]

I don't mind it. As for the fountain...There are beasts living underneath it. Powerful ones at that.
