[So. Sword going at it with a training dummy is not that uncommon. In the month or so he's been here, he's pretty much seen beating the shit out of a dummy for a few hours a day.

This is a bit Much, though. He's been at it since breakfast, stopped for a quick lunch, and went right back to training. It's now nearly dinner, and he hasn't stopped since.

There is certainly no problem with doing it for the joy of it. But you are working so hard... it is hard to picture so much effort for nothing.

My first memory was of training constantly for a fight with my brother.

I train. It's what I do.

The dead linger in ways we don't always expect- which sounds strange coming from... us.

If you only train your sword strike you will eventually lack in other areas. It would be wise to 'change it up' a bit. Perhaps running?

What would running do that sword-training won't? Both build stamina, and sword-training builds more muscle.

What if you are disarmed and need to flee? Or perhaps must default to unarmed combat?

[Of course as Executors they can resummon their weapons, but he can't see Sword wanting to rely only on powers]

...I suppose I could train in hand-to-hand a bit more. I remember doing some of that, though not as clearly as sword fighting.
