There's still sound and chatter, of course, but compared to where you've been spending all your time until now. Welcome to Superbia. And make yourself comfortable... because now that you've arrived, the stairs that guided you down here have disappeared and you won't be leaving any time soon. ...Sword dear there aren't all that many of us. She helped organize us after the Authority was taken down, getting us to consider the ways we work better together? You must have met her surely. Even in passing.

Brown hair-
actually I think she's the only one of us with brown hair.
Pretty green eyes though! Impeccable sense of style. Bit on the short side. Not as short as Rei but still fairly down there.

To be fair, running straight at an enemy and giving it all you've got is technically a strategy. Just not always a good one. But yes you've got the gist of her
