On midnight of the seventh day, it happens again. Time rewinds itself back to the Executors' starting point, putting them right back at the beginning of the loop. This is now their fifth time experiencing the events of the Superbia loop. Some of the school's long hidden secrets are starting to come to light... but is it enough to bring them close to breaking the loop once and for all? Only time will tell. ... We're all dead. The Spectres don't realize it; even if you tell them, they won't register it. [She waves a hand and approaches her.] An Eidolon's what you become when you wake up to it.

My name is Wolfsbane. There's a group of us, travelling -- well, as of right now, we've been sealed in this infernal school like everybody else in here. We're Executors, here to deal with the Authority running this place.

I see...so there's all sorts of ranks of the dead. Well, I certainly don't want to be stuck in the same grade for the rest of my afterlife. [She pushes her glasses up slightly.] You can call me Genius. Do you guys need more help seeking out this "Authority"?

Naturally. We'll need to track down Rei; she's the one who can make you an Executor, the rest of us haven't got the ability yet. I don't suppose you've seen an oddly pale girl who eats nothing but potato products?

The description doesn't sound familiar to me, unfortunately. My memories of what happened before I awoke are way too vague to pick out details like that.

Very well. Come this way, then. I suspect she'll be in our unofficial clubroom, or if not, actually going to class.

[She gestures for her to follow and starts walking again.]

Genius? Well, it's a promising name at least.

[Genius moves to catch up, walking next to Wolfsbane as she mentions her name.] Oh, I certainly hope so! I'm definitely head of my class, at least! [She pauses.] Okay, I guess maybe it doesn't count if everyone is just kind of drifting through life...afterlife?

Oh, you have no idea. Chiron, the history teacher? He's making everything up as he goes. Sometimes I think it's his only joy in unlife.

Oh, he's one of you too?

[...] Wow, how did I never even notice that?

Spectres don't notice much at all. [She pauses and pokes her head into a classroom to check for Rei.]

[ And there she is! Since it's lunch, she's sat down at her desk, picking away at a lunchbox that is almost certainly 95% carbs by volume. She glances up once the door slides open, though. ]

Wolfsbane...? Is something going on?

[Genius peeks around the door as Wolfsbane opens it.] Are you Rei? I just woke up as an...Eidolon, is that right?

Indeed. [She turns back to Rei with a nod.] It's a good thing I didn't have to look far to find you. The students in here are awakening at an alarming rate, wouldn't you say? Of course, it's better than the alternative.
