[ With the handful of new Executors awakening after the first batch, Rei's starting to get a little bit dithery. They're getting to be a big group now and while she's more than grateful for the help (and the company), she still finds herself worried about the group's cohesion. After all, Lion had admitted that he'd lashed out when he'd first awakened, Kingslayer and Pariah were at each other's throats and Iris wasn't even sure she wanted to be here at all.

Not that Rei could blame her.

But if they're going to be a team, then they at least need to be civil with each other. And getting in a bit of bonding before they have to go down and potentially double-die couldn't hurt.

So Rei borrows one of the hotel suites – a 'luxury' suite, according to the receptionist but to Rei's eyes, it just looks tacky as all get out. But it's big enough for the whole group and after spending an afternoon dragging in all the blankets she can find (and a few mattresses – thank god there aren't any other actual guests here to complain about her pillaging their rooms), Rei makes one final trip to the conbini to get... pretty much everything she can carry. Alcohol is right out (sorry, wine grandpa) but she brings back bulging bags of sodas, sweet drinks of all kinds and pretty much anything that looks made to be chugged. After that comes everything vaguely snack and candy-like in the store and a few things that might not actually be good to eat, and Rei feels confident in saying she's done.

She'd mentioned to a few of the others that she was having a bit of a get together that night, so all she can really do is wait for them to show up. She's in her pajamas, she's looked up sleepover games in the library and snacks, there's a TV mounted on the wall and she has... never held a sleepover before.

This is gonna turn out just fine. ]

So she walks in, pretending she must know what she's doing, and sets down a bag of moose-flavoured chips on the nearest counter. Good etiquette to bring snacks, even if they're the sort she would probably not willingly eat.]

Good evening. I suppose you have things to discuss, then, if you've called us here?

Not exactly. I just thought that it might be a good idea for us all to spend some time together and get to know each other a bit more. We've been training hard but if we're going to be a team I think it could help for us to get along as friends, too.

[ Hopefully the whole amnesia business won't complicate this... TOO much. ]

...well, I suppose it can't hurt anything. Aside from Brainiac not having a concept of hygiene.

She has noticed we have a huge bathhouse, hasn't she? It wouldn't take long at all for her to go in there and clean herself up.

Perhaps we can't be too harsh on her. I'll bet she lived in the sewer in life.

That can't really be a thing, can it? Tell me it's not.

I should hope not, but honestly, who knows at this point.

Maybe we can play truth or dare and dare her to take a bath?

We might have to. Ugh, I can't believe some of these people. At least the others bathe.

Can you even imagine what it'd smell like in here if they didn't? I know it hasn't been long since everyone woke up, but that's really no excuse.

I know! As baffling as the amenities here are, they do exist. ...though I still don't understand that corner store.

I've been trying to figure out the conbini ever since I woke up. Every time I think I understand it, I find something even weirder and I'll all the way back at square one. I think we're lucky we can get anything edible out of there at all.

I do hope we can't die twice from stale chicken salad.

As far as I can tell, they all just want a chance to "socialize," [Kingslayer makes actual airquotes,] or whatever. [Snorting, they cross their arms. Really, they don't have any time to waste on this bullshit. (They're not jealous, what do you mean they're jealous.)] I have no idea why I'm even here. We should be trying to figure out how to solve our monster problem and get our memories back, not... this.
