It's Vegas, baby! Oh wait, I already made that joke on the location page... With Esme's iron-fisted reign brought to an end and the Executors given time to take a very well-earned break, it finally comes down to descend to the next layer of Purgatory. Thankfully, with this being the group as a whole's second descent, things are a little less nerve-wracking this time around... maybe. Hopefully. ... Probably. Welcome to Avaritia. Feel free to use this arrival log to chronicle your initial misadventures in the Greed Layer of Purgatory. She gets ignored by a few of them who are in too much of a hurry to respond, but eventually she manages to catch the attention of a Specter leaving the building who doesn't seem in as much of a hurry.

It takes them a second to cotton on to what she's asking though and even then they misunderstand a bit – and start asking if she's interested in a job here.

Veil cheerfully answers in the affirmative! Whatever job people do here, she can't imagine it being too beyond her.

Oh no.

The Specter immediately starts rattling off a huge laundry list of things she'll need to do and prepare for if she wants an interview. The most pressing seems to be that she's going to need at the very least something to wear to her interview and to work and she'll need a bank account to receive her wages if she gets the job.

If she can manage to get all that lined up, the Specter would be happy to put a good word in a land an interview for Veil or anyone else she knows who'd like a job. They're always looking for extra help.

Veil has no idea what a bank account is but she's not going to let that stop her from declaring that that should be no problem and thanking the Specter profusely.

With their good deed for the day done, the Specter gives Veil a nod and then hurries off to... whatever it is Specters do in Avaritia.

That just leaves Veil to work out how to meet those requirements!
