Veil's going to be checking out whichever banking tower she comes to first. Something about the way it stretches up into the sky makes her think it's something she should be exploring.

[Wolfsbane makes her way down the stairs and wrinkles her nose.]

And I thought Invidia was gaudy. Look at these people.

[She gives a glare at a group of Spectres milling about with selfie sticks and giant margaritas.

It's time to explore, though, and she'll be looking around the casino and shops with a frown, then get to the houses and...]

Wolfsbane's off to search the casino and judge people the entire time she's there.

[Medic is going to explore the Neon Graveyard. ...It's possible that she heard the word "graveyard" and got excited briefly before getting immediately disappointed that there weren't any corpses. But it's still kind of neat and pretty, so she might as well look around and have a nice time anyway.]

He's not entirely sure it counts as investigating but Ruin is sure going to be spending a lot of time in the casino. Mostly on floor playing black jack and smoozing but he will definitely be chatting up the bartender and waitstaff and such.

Chiron is going to be delighted by the theater - and of course attempt to get inside without paying because fuck dudes these guys don't trade in weird pocky flavors anymore and that's bullshit, just gonna warp on by security and blend into the crowd bye!

(I mean. he'll try anyway)

[Well it might be the second time for the rest of you fools but it's the first opportunity Ruin's had to explore some place new. Not just take directions from people but discover new things.

Of course this place is louder and more chaotic than Invidia and that's impressive. More importantly it is disgusting and the chill from the weather makes him even more miserable. Find Ruin on the streets is unlikely but when you do he looks miserable, all that fluffy scarlet hair plastered to his head and wearing his Executor armor to fend off some of the rain.

Once he gets inside the casino though he'll be content to hang out for a good long while. Games to play, cards to count, drinks to buy for pretty ladies and a hot bartender to flirt with? Oh yes, this is a dream. And, honestly, once he gets settled into a groove at a table with blackjack there might be a bit of gossiping and general excitement over him as he wins hand after hand after hand.

This is totally a strategy game, right?]

Ugh. [Wolfsbane's holding a hand over her head, but it isn't doing much.] At least the closest thing to this place on Earth was in a desert. Why are these people all still milling about outside?

Look at these people, [said in a much dreamier tone to Wolfsbane.] Goodness me, they seem to know a good time when they see one, and if they don't see one, it seems they'll make one.

[At some point, even Chiron has enough of the rain and the sop and the wet. Thankfully, there are still all manner of clothes (dry) and goodies (also dry) up above, and it's just a hop and skip and jump (and slip and slide) to obtain a few more items.

Someone's happy. It doesn't look like the Authority will be easy to find, though. There may be a wealth of advertisements, but nobody's got a monopoly.

This place is even louder and brighter than the last. I'm more apt to lash out than be helpful.

A little exploring until we happen upon the right way to go isn't bound to hurt anyone. Too badly, at any rate.
